At Gandys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your adventure-ready gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've made our exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy alternative.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
